    At Right Cut Media I craft tv commercials from RAW footage for advertising agencies. I also create new content from previously broadcasted shows when editing Promos, Tune-Ins, Capsules, Case Studies, Upfronts and Sales Videos for Discovery Networks.

    My priority while creating video content is to give my point of view while following the guidelines given by the clients in order to deliver their ideas the way they envisioned them. I work directly with producers, creative directors, art directors from outside the Right Cut Media.

    Cinecolor is the biggest post production company in Latin America, with offices in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, México and Colombia.


    For this job I had to learn a lot about new codecs, formats, workflows and software (Final Cut Pro 7, DaVinci Resolve and ScratchLAB) to implement that knowledge on the films postproduced in the company.

    At Cinecolor I had two positions: Data Manager for Long Form projects and Senior Video Editor for TV Commercials.

    As a data manager I had to be very organized, be able to work unsupervised and self-manage time in order to complete my assignments in a timely manner for my colleges (specially the color grading artist) taking in consideration the huge amount of data I had to work with. My main tasks were: conforming from offline to color grading, subtitling, mastering to tape and deliveries for Colombian short and feature films: Chocó, El Cartel de los Sapos, Carrusel, Anina, Bolaetrapo, De Rollin por Colombia, La Eterna Noche de las Doce Lunas, Las flores, Mu Drua.

    As a Senior Video Editor for Commercials I worked with the most important Advertising Agencies in Colombia. Collaborating directly with producers, creative directors and art directors from outside the company to craft high quality tv commercials for top brands such as: Ford, FIAT, Movistar, Claro, Special Olympics, Comcel, Bimbo, Homecenter and Bancolombia.
