    Technical Director - contractor
    Bleacher Report
I was the technical director/ Director for Bleacher Report Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. I worked with TBS, TNT, and Various sports podcasts when they came in to use our studio, as well as Launch 3 new shows. I launch Your Fantasy Fire drill in Las Vegas,  BR Betting Show, BR Game Day Game Show (name at launch).

When I started with BR Vegas the studio was barely built and needed serious leadership across all departments. Within the first hour of my first day with crew I had veteran operators thanking me for my leadership and direction.

I was a Director for some smaller events and servers a dual role as TD and AD for our 3+ shows we did a week. I also assisted our EIC/in house AVT. We dealt with multiple Ross expression machines going down night prior to love shows during rehearsal. I successfully coordinated getting a replacement unit and had it swapped out in under 1 hour from time of pick up to instillation was completed.
